Northbrook Contracting Corp., a Westchester based general contractor, was founded in 1993 by Brian Dyer, P.E. and Vic Serricchio.The company's success in the metropolitan New York area is reflective of Brian and Vic's combined 70+ years of experience managing heavy construction projects and a commitment to excellence in their field.

 

Northbrook's reputation among its clients is one of partnership and cooperation to achieve the highest quality work within budget and on schedule. Repeat business, although unusual in this field, is the norm for Northbrook.

 

In the last few years, Northbrook has enjoyed steady growth in both the private and public sector. Northbrook has collaborated with several engineering firms in the New York area and recently completed a design/build project forfive (5) Metro North stations. During this period, Northbrook has completed a number of synthetic turf athletic fields and amenities for the NYC Parks and Recreation, NYC Economic Development Corp., and Towns of Bedford and Carmel. Northbrook has also worked with many private developers and engineers to value engineer/design several projects from the conceptual phase to completion.

 

In 2009, Northbrook constructed Mill Pond Park, an $18.3 million park which is part of the Yankee Stadium Redevelopment Program. This 9 acre park was built on the site of the old Bronx terminal market along the Harlem River.

 

The project management team has expanded to include Brendan McLaughlin and Pat Duwe who also have a combined 75+ years experience in the construction industry
